In most cases you will not need to sand, or prime or strip your project as rich acrylic resin allows it to fuse to a variety of surfaces. . Glossy surfaces can be dulled with sandpaper. For best results, allow 24 hours to dry before sealing with wax or poly. Leave unsealed for a chalkboard style finish
